A type of Brownie said to haunt mills, rather than houses, throughout the lowlands of Scotland and parts of Northern England, The Kilmoulis was known for having an enormous nose and no mouth through which it was said to inhale food. Its fondness for pranks and practical jokes exceeded that of other Brownies, but despite its tendency to create harmless mayhem, its help was invaluable to millers.
Fey Folk is Weston's interpretation of classic European creatures from folklore and mythology. All are hand-painted. Weston Brownlee has exhibited at Stranger Factory and Meow Wolf and is now diving into the handmade collectible scene.
