Refund policy

If you make a mistake placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can adjust or cancel your order.

Please make sure you contact us on our website tenacioustoys.com using the Chat box to make sure that Benny sees this message. If your order was placed through IG or FB, you should also DM us there.

Once the order has shipped, it is harder and more costly to return an item, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sales@tenacioustoys.com with information about your order to arrange a return or exchange. 

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.
