Pale blue skin, ragged dress, horns tearing through her paper bag—she’s proof that scars aren’t flaws, they’re survival badges.

This project is for anyone who’s carried the weight of shame, been mislabeled, dismissed, or misunderstood. Bag Lady stands silent but unshakable on your shelf, an ally whispering: you’re not broken, you’re not alone, your story matters.

Her pose is defiance cast in plastic. Not pain, but reclamation. She isn’t polished. She isn’t pristine. She’s raw, jagged, and unafraid to show it—because strength doesn’t always look tidy.

"I am broken" she said. She thinks to herself, "I am broken because I am told I am broken. By friends, loved ones, and strangers alike.

I don't feel broken, but I must be, because everyone is saying so. My mental health must be broken. It's all in my head, and I should just get over it.
