Preorders

Preorder toys are items that we are selling BEFORE they have physically arrived at our warehouse. Estimated date of arrival is indicated in each preorder item's description.

Incoming collectible statues and figures (ones we've already received our tracking numbers for) are listed here on our Incoming Items page.

We HIGHLY recommend that you preorder items separately from any in-stock toys, as we ship all items in each order together in one box. Preordering an item in the same order as an in-stock item means that you must wait until all items are in stock before we ship that order. Same goes for preordering 2 different preorder toy items that arrive at different dates - we still wait for ALL items to arrive before we ship. If you want all preorders to ship as fast as possible, always order each preorder item in a separate order!

All preorders are final. No refunds. Please note that we publish the dates that the manufacturers give to us. Some of our vendors ship late. Some ship very late, missing published dates by months. We have no control over this, actual arrival dates may vary radically. Toy production is complex and problematic sometimes. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED RELEASES OF NEW TOYS. Delays are extremely common!

For any preorder here that is "out of stock" make sure you click on that item & add your mobile number to be notified when that item is restocked! This will happen in most cases when our shipment arrives because we undersell most incoming preorders.
