Due to the COVID pandemic, ship times for international parcels shipped using the postal system may experience delays of up to 2 months.
These packages eventually arrive safely but they can appear to be "stuck" in one place for a very long time.
To avoid these delays, international customers should choose a Fedex or DHL shipping option.
We will not replace or reship any international orders shipped by US Postal system or AsendiaUSA (which uses the postal system). This includes both First Class Mail and Priority Mail services. We will not send refunds for packages which are delayed but still in transit.
We ask that our international customers who have opted for postal shipping simply be very, very patient with the arrival dates of their packages.
It is highly likely that international packages shipped with US Postal Service will NOT receive a scan when they are picked up from our warehouse. It may look to you like the package has not left our warehouse - it has. Our warehouse has a USPS pickup daily on weekdays, all packages with postage are picked up daily.
We cannot get any more info for you by calling or emailing the USPS - all the information is displayed on the tracking page on their site. Calling does nothing.

Due to an overwhelming number of credit card scammers operating out of the Philippines, we have restricted payment options for Filipino customers to Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please DO NOT pay with a credit card! Your order will be cancelled.
On a similar note, if you use a US freight forwarder, you should know that those addresses are now used heavily by credit card scammers as well. If you have us ship to a freight forwarder, please pay with Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Do not use a credit card, your order will be cancelled.
NOTE FOR UK & EU CUSTOMERS:
In order to avoid the complexities of collecting & paying VAT, we now have a minimum order of USD$135 for orders shipping to UK or Ireland, and $200 for orders shipping to EU.
Shipping rates are now flat rates for all UK & EU customers. Orders of $500+ shipping to UK ship for free.
We do not take care of your VAT responsibilities, so you will incur VAT charges when you receive our packages and you are responsible for paying those charges yourself.
We recommend UK & EU customers look into freight forwarding though a US-based forwarder like Stackry.
REPEAT: Tenacious Toys will not cover or pre-pay your package's VAT charges.
We will not refund money for orders which are refused by customers in the UK due to a failure to pay your VAT charges. We will re-ship such orders only after the customer pays all of the costs of the second shipment.
