GUERS Debuts THE COLONY: 100 Hand-Cast Resin Beavers, Dropping Oct 10 and On Display at NYCC

Montreal, QC | Independent artist Zine launches GUERS, his first art toy brand, with the debut drop THE COLONY: an 11" hand-cast, hand-painted resin figure in two editions, Mocha and Obsidian, limited to 50 numbered pieces each.

GUERS is built around a single mascot, a rounded cartoon beaver with white gloves, instead of a new character every release. Future drops will keep building on the same character, including new poses and a secret rare chase. The beaver is a builder by nature, constantly shaping its own environment, which fits a first release made entirely from scratch, with no team and no backing.

Collectors can see THE COLONY in person at New York Comic Con, Oct 8-11, at Booth #1771 with Tenacious Collective. The drop is online on the Guers website.
